(local login name)

Used when test QSOAR on a local machine.  In which case you still need to set in <system.web> <authentication mode="Windows" />.  However the system will ignore any windows authentication (if present) and use the AuthenticationModeNoneLoginName as though it was windows authenticated.  This is used only on Windows Home PCs where there is no windows authentication available.
