Web.Config application settings

The web.config is an XML text file that holds all the settings that can alter various aspects of the qsoar system, and many of the setting that can affect the web server on which it is running.  By default the web.config file is configured for maximum compatibility and security.  Changes out side the <appSettings></appSettings> element are not recommended, and should only be done at the request of Quoxient support.
