Performance Appraisals

Performance appraisals are derived from the One-on-one meeting data, and since these occur every month, they are regular, data driven and current. This eliminates the normal half yearly or annual "performance review surprises". At the end of the year (or whenever the strategy cycle is completed), the original Strategy Maps are reviewed and adapted to be aligned with the new Business Plan.
