List of steps to take when creating a new site from an excel import

This section shows you how to take a newly created Qsoar database, and populate it with data from an excel spreadsheet.  This spreadsheet needs to be based a Qsoar import template, and may include data exported from another Qsoar system.  Note that not all the data export is required (or even desired in the new system).  See the prerequisites below for more detail.
