Importing from excel - Step 4

Now select on the Admin page and Click on 'Strat Cycle' button  (or from the menu 'Admin' - >'System'  -> 'Add a Strategy Cycle').  If 'Current Strategy Cycle Start date: ' is 'None' then you will need to create a new Strategic Cycle.  If a date exists ONLY create a new cycle if the date showing is for the wrong cycle (one from the past).

Now select on the Admin page and select 'Gen Strat Maps' (or from the menu 'Admin' - >'System'  -> 'Generate StrategyMaps').  Here we are going to generate the Strategy Maps from the OrgRoles. Click on the 'Generate Strategy Maps' button of the details are correct, otherwise Edit OrgRoles until they are.

Now select on the Admin page and select 'Gen Meetings' (or from the menu 'Admin' - >'System'  -> 'Generate Meetings').  Here we are going to generate the Meetings from the OrgRoles.  We will also add compliance objectives and measures to the system. Click on the 'Generate Meetings button' of the details are correct, otherwise Edit OrgRoles until they are.
