Adding 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider for Excel import/export

The Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable is required so we can use the 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider for Excel import/export to export to and from excel files.

Download the file from Microsoft, selecting AccessDatabaseEngine.exe for 32 bit systems, and

AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe for 64 bit systems

"This download will install a set of components that can be used to facilitate transfer of data between 2010 Microsoft Office System files and non-Microsoft Office applications."

Run the executable and follow the prompts to install the  Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable.

Install to the default location (unless you have some good reasons for following a different path).
